Video 12: Help prevent bladder Weakness with the Spinal Twist Exercise

Bladder weakness can vary among women of different ages and life stages. Women suffering from bladder weakness can lose relatively small through to large quantities of urine at any time, depending on the severity of their condition.

Ignoring your bladder won’t make it disappear. The best way option is to begin a programme of pelvic floor exercises. Women can really increase muscle tone and control over their pelvic floor with easy, moderate exercise and a healthy lifestyle. When starting any exercise regime we recommend you consult your doctor or healthcare professional first and should you experience any pain, pressure or discomfort, stop immediately.
