I have I.B.S. what products would be good for me?

I have chronic I.B.S., which can cause quick a wicked flood, i very rarely get more than a minute or two's notice, before the full onslaught. This is VERY embarrassing and it has been recommended that I inquire what products POISE might have to suit me, probably in the undie type range.
