My bladder is really weak. I find I'm going to the toilet every hour, the frequency drives me insain. I don't really leak but when I need to go I cannot hold on.

I have 3 children the last one born 4 years ago, its got worse after that delivery.

Our expert answered:

Hello Jenny,
Sounds like your LBL is attributed to giving birth to your children. Having babies stetch the pelvic floor muscles whcih support the bladder and urinary system. When these muscles are weak bladder leakage occurs. Best bet would be to start doing pelvic floor exercises. Speak with a doctor or physiotherapist if you have problems with doing so.

Whilst your pelvic floor muscles are getting back into shape, request a Poise sample from the Poise website. Poise are just as thin as sanitary products but much more absorbent, giving you better protection.
