Embarrassed within myself

I am 29 years old and have a little girl who will be 2 years old very soon. Since I had her I can’t control my bladder when I sneeze, and especially now that I have started playing volleyball.

I am very embarrassed to say that I never did any pelvic floor exercises during or after my pregnancy and regret it everyday.

I am embarrassed when I am intimate with my husband but he doesn’t ever question me about it, thank god. I am glad now that I have read all the information provided by the Poise website and will start my pelvic floor exercises and am relieved that I have products out there that will help me protect myself, because I was at the stage of giving up playing volleyball, which I love to do.

Thanks Poise !
