You can purchase Poise products within all major supermarkets and select Pharmacies.
Use the product selector tool on the Poise website to choose the right product for your needs and request a free product sample before you buy.
Poise have 3 different liner products, Light Liners, Regular Liners and Extra Long Liners, which are more absorbent than Homebrand and Regular Sanitary liners. All 3 should be available in your nearest supermarket.
