True Stress incontinence can be diagnosed with Urodynamics which either a GP can instruct or may reed to a Uro-Gynaecologist. Once your condition is properly diagnosed, depending on the severity and failing conservative methods then surgery may be considered.

The itch may be Hormonal (lack of) due to Menopause and a GP may assist with Hormone Replacement Therapy.
