Going to toilet 8-10 times must be very tiring and frustrating. The normal is usually around 1-2 times/night.

I would suggest seeing either see a Continence Physiotherapist or a Continence Advisor in your local area. They will be able to assist you with a bladder management and rehabilitation program.
