Urinary Tract Infections and Irritation

I have had a lifetime of UTI issues and spent many hours on the toilet when home, out, visiting etc, unable to leave the toilet for more than 10 minutes. Nowadays, after dosing up on an alkyliniser I wear a super pad and get cosy and comfortable and just pass the regular teaspoon or tablespoon for the next hour or so until the spasms cease. This is so much more comfortable and less embarrassing than running to the loo in company and has altered my life and kept my UTI issues more private. The spasms also seem to stop sooner when I am less stressed and comfortably seated rather than on the loo. Hope this gives others a new strategy to try.
