i am 12 but when im looking for something it says that i am a child and should be wearing nappies, when im not. can you please tell me what i could use to help me?
Our expert answered:
Hello Mia,
Thanks for your enquiry.
Light bladder leakage or LBL is a very common issue for women of all ages. In nearly all cases, the problem can be cured and managed. Our advice is to speak to a Local Community Nurse Continence Advisor or doctor. They will be able to fully assess your situation and recommend a program suited to your condition. They may suggest Pelvic Floor Exercises or Bladder Training. The Poise website has a whole section on regaining bladder control.
