Read stories from young women with bladder problems and living life to the full.

Make sure you see your doctor

Ever since I was a teenager I have had a weak bladder. If I laughed too much or sneezed, even in High school I would wet myself. I could never do aerobics, running or anything too physical.

At the age of 21 I was married and 12mths later had a beautiful Baby Girl. Pregnancy and childbirth made my problem worse. As my Daughter grew I was limited to the activity I could do with her. She never understood why I couldn’t jump on the Trampoline with her, or run around in the Back yard.

I had my second daughter 11 years later, not long after I had her at the age of 36 I had a prolapse of my uterus.

I saw my well trusted Gyno, He repaired my prolapse and lifted my Bladder with a sling. It took around 5-6 weeks of recovery, but It was the best thing that has ever happened. I now never wet myself. It was 100 percent success. I have no leakage, ever. I can run jump, laugh, sneeze, cough, jump on the trampoline and never wet my pants.

If you are having any concerns about this Secret Womens Problem, YOU MUST SEE YOUR DR ABOUT IT!!! It is so worth it. I would recommend it too anyone even if you think you are too young. It will make such a difference to every aspect of your life.
