Poise was a Gold Sponsor of ACP’s 30 Days of Health and Wellbeing event during June 2011. The event engaged women on issues such as health, fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. As part of this sponsorship Poise conducted a Poise* Pilates session at the Spa Day weekend. Developed in association with a leading obstetric physiotherapist, Poise Pilates teaches women how to build core stability, improve balance and strengthen pelvic floor muscles which all can improve bladder control. This proves that not only does Poise have a great range of products to help manage LBL, our Poise Pilates program can help women activate their pelvic floor muscles and regain bladder control.
